Schools Out for Summer!

Whilst that may mean lots of fun it can also mean that your normal workout routine (P.E. Lessons, extracurricular activities, etc.) can take a hammering.  

So, can you keep up your exercise over the summer? 

Here are the P.E. department thoughts in a short video on the importance of making some time for yourself, followed by some great tips to help you keep exercising over the holidays.
